By accessing or using any PixeltreAI Labs product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use our products to generate illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs beyond documented rate limits.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

You retain ownership of all content you create using our products. We retain ownership of our platform, models, and technology. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver our services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as a data processor on your behalf. We do not use your data to train our AI models.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixeltreAI Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may export it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except where prohibited by law.
